I agree about time management, this has been my biggest challenge too. I didn’t know how to balance work and personal time and seemed to work 24/7. Another struggle was in managing billable time and making sure I got paid for my work in time and accurately. It all got better when I adopted a time management app with money tracking options (TMetric – maybe it will be helpful to others too). So, now I really like my freelance life and flexible schedule.
